My journey to Reflexology began a few years ago when I moved back to the UK after living in the United States for 11 years.
I tried a variety of jobs, including; working in a care home, as a doctor’s receptionist, and in an office environment, but none of them felt right for me. I found that they gave me little sense of purpose, and sitting in front of a computer all day was incredibly draining.
In the summer of 2025, I left my job and, in September 2025, I attended an introductory taster class in Reflexology. I immediately fell in love with it. I went on to enroll in a year of rigorous, intensive study and was delighted to pass my exams in April 2026.
In the space of a year, I had 100 hours of practice and lots of intensive research and study.
I have taken some time to put the business side of things in place and prepare myself before feeling ready to take the next step.
I am incredibly excited and filled with gratitude to finally be doing something that feels so much more like me. It feels wonderful to have found work that is meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with who I am.
I look forward to working one-to-one with you and helping to support your overall health and wellbeing through the healing touch of Reflexology.
I specialise in providing holistic services exclusively for women, creating a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment focused on their individual health and wellbeing.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully supported throughout your Reflexology experience.
Take a moment to unwind, leave the stresses of everyday life at the door, and relax in a calm, nurturing environment where you can feel cared for, supported, and truly nourished.
One of the most common questions people ask me is, “What is Reflexology?”
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can be performed on the feet, hands, ears, and face.
It is a gentle touch therapy that is commonly used to promote relaxation and support a general sense of wellbeing. Many people also find Reflexology helpful as part of their relaxation and sleep routine.
Reflexology is based on the principle that specific areas of the feet, hands, ears, and face correspond with different parts of the body. During a treatment, gentle pressure is applied to these areas to create a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience.
A Reflexology treatment provides an opportunity to pause, unwind, and take some time for yourself. My aim is to provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment where you can relax and enjoy some dedicated one-to-one time focused on your wellbeing.
Reflexology has a long history, dating back centuries to Ancient Egypt, China, and India.
Reflexology was later introduced to the Western world through the work of Dr William Fitzgerald, who developed the concept known as “Zone Therapy.” His work explored the idea that the body could be divided into specific zones and that applying pressure to one area could have an effect on another area within the same zone.
In the late 1930s, Eunice Ingham further developed and popularised reflexology. She mapped specific areas of the feet and developed the practice into the form of reflexology that is more recognizable today.
Ingham believed that areas of tension or congestion in the feet could correspond to different areas of the body, forming the foundation of modern reflexology.

The name behind my business is deeply personal to me. I believe that our feet play an important role in our overall health, wellbeing, and sense of connection to ourselves. When we experience difficulties with our feet or mobility, it can have a wider impact on how we move through everyday life and how we feel physically and emotionally.
To me, healthy feet represent movement, balance, grounding, and connection. I believe that caring for our feet can help us feel more grounded and connected to ourselves and the world around us. I am also a strong believer in the simple practice of walking barefoot outdoors when it is safe and appropriate. It is a wonderful way to reconnect with nature, become more aware of the ground beneath us, and gently engage the many muscles and structures within our feet.
This is where the meaning behind Soul Awakening comes from — encouraging you to reconnect with your feet, your body, and ultimately, yourself.
I am located just outside Newmarket in the peaceful village of Snailwell, approximately 10 minutes from Newmarket town center.

I am a huge animal lover and am fortunate to share my home with two very special feline companions, Gus and Charlie.
Gus is my handsome male cat who loves attention, especially from women, and enjoys being involved in whatever is happening around the house.
Charlie is my sweet, gentle, long-haired female tabby. She is a little more reserved than Gus but has a lovely, calm nature.
As they are very much part of my home, I am unable to keep them completely separate from the treatment room. This means that, from time to time, they may make an appearance while we are enjoying your treatment!
If you have a cat allergy, are uncomfortable around cats, or simply prefer a pet-free environment, please be aware that my practice may not be the right fit for you. Your comfort and wellbeing are important to me, so I want to make sure you feel completely at ease before booking your appointment.
If you are ready to take some time for yourself, I would love to hear from you. Whether you are looking for an opportunity to relax and unwind, or would like to explore how Reflexology may support your general health and wellbeing, please get in touch using the contact form.
